What is your return policy on pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day play-test guarantee on most premium paddles. If you are not satisfied with the performance, you can return it for a store credit, provided it shows no signs of structural damage or excessive wear.
How long does shipping take within Ontario?
Standard shipping within Ontario typically takes 2-4 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next tournament.
Do you offer professional racket re-gripping services?
Yes, we provide professional re-gripping and weight customization services at our physical academy location. You can also purchase overgrips online for DIY application.
Are the paddles sold at the Pro Shop USAPA approved?
Absolutely. All paddles sold at the Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop are USAPA approved for sanctioned tournament play unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Do you offer bulk discounts for pickleball clubs or schools?
We do offer special pricing for bulk orders of balls, nets, and starter paddles for registered clubs and educational institutions. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
How do I know which paddle grip size is right for me?
Most of our paddles come in a standard 4.25-inch grip. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size, as you can always increase the circumference with an overgrip.
