At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and paddles show no signs of court use or grip wear.

• 3.
  Ship to Academy HQ

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location across Ontario.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our pro shop team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
